How the Selection Process Works
To support a fair and equitable selection process, applications are anonymized before review by members of the Resident Affairs Committee.
Applications are reviewed and scored independently using established selection criteria. Applicant-identifying information is not provided to reviewers during the initial review process.
Final selections are made following committee review and evaluation.
